To make an appointment

Appointments at the clinic generally run from 9.00 am into the early evening Monday to Friday. Certain times may be allocated to new patients. Throughout the week, where possible, we will try our best to accommodate flexible attendance times for patients to attend the clinic, but this will naturally depend on availability.

More often than not when you contact the clinic you will speak to one of our reception staff who will organise your appointment for you. Sometimes if the receptionist is in conversation with a patient at the clinic you may be asked to hold the line for a minute or so, please be patient under these circumstances. Your call is important to us and we will be with you as soon as possible.

There may also be times when the phone is engaged. Please try again in a few minutes. We try our utmost to prevent the line from being constantly engaged, but understandably there are times when it can get particularly busy. Please be patient.

There may be other times when the physiotherapist is working alone. This will usually mean that the answer phone will take your call. If this is the case then leave your name and number and a brief message and we will call you back either the same or following day. Try to speak clearly when leaving your details.

There are several ways to book an appointment at the clinic.

1. By Telephone

Please call (01482) 342685 to speak to the receptionist who will take some brief information from you and book you an appointment at a convenient time.

As already mentioned, if the answer phone is on please leave your name and number and we will contact you as soon as possible.

2. By calling in

We are quite happy for patients just to pop into the clinic to make an appointment.

3. By email

Please click the link below. Our emails are checked on a daily basis, so again if you leave your contact details we can telephone you back, or we can arrange an appointment via return email.

4. By post

Although this is not the most efficient way to make an appointment, some patients would prefer to receive their information by post. We can be contacted at the following address:
