Therapeutic Massage

Massage is the art of manipulating soft tissue and is usually carried out using a lubricant such as oil or cream.

This ancient art uses the relaxing and restorative power of touch to offer relief from pain, boost energy levels and rejuvenate muscles.

Massage improves circulation, eases the pain of tired, overworked and stressed muscles and helps the body to eliminate toxins.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy uses essential oils with natural curative properties which penetrate the skin to enhance physical and emotional health.

Essential oils have been used for thousands of years as a cure for a wide variety of ailments. The first recorded use dates to 4,500 BC.

These natural oils are extracted from plants and flowers and each oil possesses its own unique properties. They are diluted in carrier oils and are individually blended to treat each client’s specific requirements.
